Returns / Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy within 30 days of your purchase if it meets all requirements listed below.  

1.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.  Your item was purchased at full retail price.  All items on clearance or promotional discounts are NOT eligible for refunds at any time.  All sales are final for clearance and promotional discounted items.  However, exchanges are available for clearance or promotional items if they are damaged during shipment.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges For Damaged Items During Delivery

All items that are damaged during delivery are eligible for an exchange, not a refund.  To receive an exchange, please email us a picture of the damaged item.  Upon inspection and verification of the damaged item during delivery, we will confirm with you details for the exchange.  Please note that we do not exchange items that are damaged after delivery or caused by the user.  Failure to provide an image of the damaged item will result in no exchange.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@promofinds.com.



Shipping & Tracking

To return your product, you must mail your product with tracking number, please contact us first for a return authorization # and correct shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping of the original item that is returned will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for refund, you must provide a shipping tracking number to ensure the status of the returned item.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not use tracking in your shipping because there is no way to know the status of your shipment if it never arrives at our location.
